No accounts and no logins. Every application is reviewed by someone at Peerless, and you hear back either way.
Fill in one form for the posting. It takes about 10 minutes. Have your security licence and first aid certificate handy. Level 2 postings also ask for a one-page bio as a PDF.
We check your application against the posting's requirements. If you meet them, we email you to book an interview. If not, we let you know.
Interviews are in person at our Edmonton office, usually on Thursdays. Bring your Alberta security licence, your driver's licence and your first aid certificate.
If it's a fit, you're approved to our roster. From then on, we offer work by engagement, and you accept or decline it.
